As a new patient from the United States, this was my first dentist experience in the UK and I am so happy it was with Dr. Farahani. I felt a significant difference in the level of care he offers to his patients, with the nice smile he had all the time: he also explained each and every single step of the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt any pain or discomfort throughout the time. I was always reluctant to do an implant but Dr. Farahani made it the most pleasant memory I have ever had in a dental clinic. Woodbridge Dental Practice is one of the best dental clinic in the UK. Their staff- dentists, nurses, hygienists- and admin are all knowledgeable and kind. People actually fear going to dental appointments- but they make you feel at ease from start to finish. The receptionist- Safdar, welcomes you with a smile, topnotch professional- and “sells” the products well- such as the monthly plans and other services. He is always ready to answer your queries, and has excellent customer service skills. Doctor Alexander and Dr. Omer- were both capable of making patients feel confident with their treatment. Their honesty was well valued- regarding my teeth’s health. Now Im on my way back to healthy and confident smiles- thank you Woodbridge Hill Dental. ~ Michelle M
On arrival I was welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who explained further relevant details regarding the dental practice and its dentists. I was then sent with Dr Amirreza who was also very friendly, as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable! He examined my tooth infection and went through my treatment plan in detail, explaining the costs and available payment plans, clearly explaining the procedure. I got a root canal treatment done today and the whole process and procedure was efficient, successful, and quick. The calm and professional approach from the dentist and their staff were fantastic and keeps the patients calm and relaxed too. I would totally recommend! Are you taking nhs new patients
Yes , I am sure they are. You register online and they send you a code to activate your account. Then you book yourself at the time and day you want. I booked around 1pm for a 4pm appointment so very eficient.
