Woodbridge Dental Practice is one of the best dental clinic in the UK. Their staff- dentists, nurses, hygienists- and admin are all knowledgeable and kind. People actually fear going to dental appointments- but they make you feel at ease from start to finish. The receptionist- Safdar, welcomes you with a smile, topnotch professional- and “sells” the products well- such as the monthly plans and other services. He is always ready to answer your queries, and has excellent customer service skills. Doctor Alexander and Dr. Omer- were both capable of making patients feel confident with their treatment. Their honesty was well valued- regarding my teeth’s health. Now Im on my way back to healthy and confident smiles- thank you Woodbridge Hill Dental. ~ Michelle M

As a new patient from the United States, this was my first dentist experience in the UK and I am so happy it was with Dr. Farahani. I felt a significant difference in the level of care he offers to his patients, with the nice smile he had all the time: he also explained each and every single step of the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt any pain or discomfort throughout the time. I was always reluctant to do an implant but Dr. Farahani made it the most pleasant memory I have ever had in a dental clinic. Moreover, the price of the implant was unbelievably affordable and I strongly recommend anyone who needs dental care to visit Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice in Guildford. On arrival I was welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who explained further relevant details regarding the dental practice and its dentists. I was then sent with Dr Amirreza who was also very friendly, as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable! He examined my tooth infection and went through my treatment plan in detail, explaining the costs and available payment plans, clearly explaining the procedure. I got a root canal treatment done today and the whole process and procedure was efficient, successful, and quick. The calm and professional approach from the dentist and their staff were fantastic and keeps the patients calm and relaxed too. I would totally recommend! I've been to Woodbridge Hill practice 3 times in the last week and each time I've been really impressed. First time with Dr Alex Widera who was great, he put me at such ease and is very genuine and friendly and great at what he does. I had another treatment with Dr Farahani who couldn't have been more helpful, very quick at doing the work and no pain at all. I then had a hygiene and polish appointment with Zoe, I was dreading this as years ago I had a bad experience with super sensitive teeth after (at a different dentist practice), Zoe was really great, very careful and my teeth look so clean and much whiter after, I'll definitely be going back regularly to see her. I was referred to them because I suffer with extreme anxiety and for years I had put off going to the dentist and having teeth out or even work done , I am so glad I went there i was made so comfortable on the consultation and then when I went for my I.v sedation I was so relaxed and put at ease by the dentist ( Dr Munir Ravalia) he was so good with making me feel safe and relaxed I was actually shocked at how safe I felt , really do owe him a big thankyou as he has made it so I can have my smile & confidence back I would rate him & the staff 10stars if I could I wish I knew of there practice years ago 😀😀 worth every penny for what it has done for me and the after care is second to none thankyou Woodbridge hill dental practice ~ David H

An excellent dental practise I have used for many years. After my original dentist retired recently, I simply moved over to the new replacement dentist (Rana) whom I have found to be equally proficient. The practise has expanded its range of treatments considerably in the last few years, and is very modern in its offerings. I know that I shall be able to get whatever treatment I may need in the future without looking elsewhere. Getting appointments at short notice is never a problem, and being able to get early evening or Saturday appointments is a definite bonus. Add in the service and administrative side, with very helpful and friendly reception staff, and it is definitely a 5 star dental practice! ~ Graham P

I went to Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice for the first time yesterday for a new patient appointment and was really impressed with the thorough checks the dentist did, as well as x-rays. The dentist showed and explained the x-rays to me, explaining the work that would be required. I was then given a treatment plan which was really helpful. I was back today for a hygienist appointment and the hygienist was so lovely and friendly and ensured I was ok throughout the appointment. My teeth feel amazing now! The receptionists are really friendly and helpful too. Really pleased with the results from my first two appointments at this dentist. The dentist care plans are also great and great prices, I will be joining as soon as I can! ~ Hayley S

Since I joined this dental practice, 1 month ago, I already had one first consultation, one cavity filling, and one teeth cleaning. I had occasion to meet 2 Doctors, and both of them have been fantastic: friendly, professional and really smart. The whole experience was more pleasant than I hoped. Doctors are light handed, but very accurate. At the end of my teeth cleanup I'm really enthusiastic about the result. Receptionsts are fast and friendly too. Booking an appointment is easy through the website, but I appreciated particularily the sms reminders I rceived when getting close to the appointment. It helped organize my weekly scheduling. I’ve been going to this surgery for many many years and am so pleased with the service I receive. In particular my current dentist, Dr Widera, has been very helpful in making sure I keep my own teeth .. he’s the king of the crowns and takes care to ensure I understand my options and what is happening. My hygienist, Tracy, has patiently and consistently made sure I can look after my teeth well for many years and is so skilled and passionate about her job. The practice is light and airy and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My regular payment isn’t onerous and I’ve always been treated for emergencies promptly. I highly recommend them. ~ Joan

I am a nervous patient as I have sensitive teeth and generally really dislike my teeth being touched. I've always struggled with dentists in the past and had some bad experiences which put me off for years. However, I came across Woodbridge Hill when urgently needed some dental work, and that was a few years ago now. Every appointment has been excellent with superb Dentist (Dr Omer), he's really gentle and cares about the work he does, you can sense it in how he works on your teeth. All the support staff are very nice. My hygienist Tracey is also amazing and so good. I like the online facility too nice and easy to book appointments when suit. They have lots of good times like early appointments or even on Saturdays which is useful. Can't fault this practice and it's super clean too. Thank you to all the lovely staff. I had long considered having implants to replace missing teeth. Following a lengthy consultation with my dentist in which the whole process was explained I went ahead. It started with a thorough investigation and once satisfied with this, the treatment began. Although dental treatment is never entirely pain free, I was really amazed how little pain there was - less than having a filling. It helped a lot that I was kept informed at each step of the procedure, told what I would experience, I felt totally confident that I had made the right decision. From the first consultation, with Dr Farahani, to the final stage of having the full set of teeth implanted by Dr Dominguez, I had first class treatment all the way. With the help of waking sedation the whole process, from having a bone implant and the removal of my own remaining teeth to inserting the implants, was completely painless. The dentists use very modern equipment and technology to create a 3-D image of the mouth and subsequently undertake regular check-ups. I cannot recommend highly enough the dental treatment and after care I experienced at Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice. ~ John S

Couldn't be happier with the treatment I received here. Safdar, on reception was friendly and welcoming and gave me information regarding the payment plans without being pushy. When I was called through to Dr Rana's room it was obvious that I was a nervous patient and also in a lot of pain and she was calm and reassuring. She explained my options clearly and did everything she could for me on that day. She also explained the next steps and the costs that would involve. My mum “Martha” had a whole set of new teeth and she was extremely nervous leading up to the appointment. The whole team from start to finish were professional and were able to keep her calm and relaxed through the whole procedure. I highly recommend this dentist and a special mention to Dr Munir Ravalia and his assistant for going the extra mile to help my mother feel calm, Also another special mention to the kind gentleman at reception who helped my mum down the stairs using the stair lift. I had two teeth removed during lockdown by another dentist and went to Woodbridge hill dental practice for an assessment. It was agreed I would need to have removed some pieces of debris left behind from the extraction in my jaw and then have a bone graft as my jaw bone is as old as me (70+) . I then had two implants fitted and I’m over the moon with my smile. At each of the processes I was treated with the upmost kindness and each step was carefully explained to me. Nightmare - it's Christmas eve, the guests arrive in a few hours, and my crown falls out! Woodbridge Hill arranged for me to see them immediately, and for the first time, I was treated by Dr. Alexander Widera. How can going to the dentist be a delight? Dr. Widera makes it so! With great attention to detail, he skillfully applied sealant and the crown to the tooth and checked carefully afterwards that there were no issues. Apart from his exceptional technical expertise, Dr. Widera has great interpersonal skills. The Practice is lucky to have him!! ~ Judith R

From my initial visit a few weeks ago to my consultation, the service and information provided have been excellent, with a warm and professional receptionist greeting me each time. Today, my appointment with Dr. Zoe far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had hygienist treatment in the past elsewhere and some minor stains lingered afterward, I assumed that was typical. My tooth suddenly broke when I was on a day trip to Surrey. I needed an emergency appointment and found Woodbridge Hill Dental online. Not only they had an emergency appointment available, but every member of staff treated me nicely, and Dr Widera helped me immediately. He also explained the further treatment options and provided me with a quote. The practice is a bit far from where I reside in London, but I might consider coming back, as I am so happy with the outcome, and the price is very reasonable. ~ Vava K

I booked an emergency appointment with Alex. We discussed my options and decided on a treatment. Alex and his dental assistant were very very good, I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. Alex explained the whole procedure in detail and assured me that he would complete the job as quickly and as painlessly as he possibly could. He was true to his word. I was quite nervous about going to the dentist having had previous negative experiences, however I hadn’t have worried! Dr Rana was amazing with both myself and children, I have since revisited and attended a hygienist appointment. My teeth feel amazing, clean polished and no sensitivity at all. Not been to a dentist since during covid and that was not an enjoyable experience. I'm a very anxious patient and couldn't have felt more relaxed from the moment I spoke to reception through to sitting in the dentists chair. Had a large filling done and Dr Ravalia was a gem, so patient with me. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to going back for my next filling next week but I'm not feeling any trepidation. Very pleased with re-registering with Woodbridge Hill Dentist the Receptionists were extremely helpful plus had Covid procedures in place. I love the new decor and gentle music in the waiting room and I felt very relaxed before seeing my dentist. I was seen as an emergency patient on the same day as re-registering with Dr Omer El-Hanoon who was very nice, calming and efficient in extracting a tooth.
